Last year they replaced our ductwork after we bought our house and were very quick, efficient, and reasonable, so when I came home after work one evening and my A/C had stopped blowing air inside the house I decided to use them again and I'm very glad I did. For us, the person is more important than the price (I am frugal, make no mistake), and we'll happily pay a little more to have someone kind and knowledgeable in our home. Of course things always break on the weekend...so we are extremely grateful for the on-call service. Did I mention our unit is a Janitrol from 1993?! And it still runs!! But one day, we know, the necessary repair will be unrealistic and we'll have to unclench our wallets and buy a new one. "Called their 24 hr hotline at around 7am and got a call back within 30 mins (faster than most doctors offices). Was told I’d be called by a tech to set up time that same day. Tech, Michael called around 9 and we set up a visit between 11-1pm. He called me at 11:15 said he was on his way and showed up at 11:30. Michael was quick, courteous and thorough. He did an inspection of the unit, ducts and vents. Needed Freon which he provided and changed my filter. All is well now and nobody tried to sell me a new A/C. Very impressed with the quality of their employees and their service. Definitely recommend."
